Hi Bella Donna.  
'Efharisto' Greek for: 'Thank you'  
  A nice title and tribute to the language plus a great word to remember even if it is the only one you know.
Your choice of words express strongly the passion for another which is allways a good start when writing to capture a certain body of the listening public, especially those who have been to the Greek Islands and have found love during there stay.
Like all Lyrics they have a ring and connection with the author but need music to bring them alive and give them feeling for the listener. Reading through the stanzas a couple of times you soon begin to try and slot in a tune from the mind and your using 'Efharisto' as the link can stick slightly when read but like some of the great songs from the past can also stick in the mind?
